Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. /n /n Minimum Requirements /n - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. - Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. - BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. - Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. - Experience with geriatric populations, restorative programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred. - Ability to perform common skilled nursing interventions, transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and balance training. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. - Shift Name: Days. /n /n Location Highlights /n Coatesville, PA offers regional access to historic and outdoor attractions within a short drive.
