Jersey Shore Post Acute is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will be integral in providing high-quality care and support to our patients in post-acute settings. Our CNAs are crucial to our patients' recovery processes, assisting in daily activities, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring the emotional and physical comfort of our patients. Assist patients with daily personal activities such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene. Monitor and report changes in patient health status. Provide support with mobility, including helping patients walk and transporting them in wheelchairs. Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with the nursing team to plan and evaluate patient care. Ensure patient environments are safe, clean, and orderly. Support the emotional and psychological well-being of patients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy and ability to provide emotional support. Physical endurance and ability to assist in lifting and moving patients. Attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Ability to follow detailed directions and procedures. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
