Truck One, Inc. is Hiring a Transportation Manager/Dispatcher out of: Spotswood, NJ Transportation Manager. Truck One, Inc. is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented person responsible for our terminal operations located in Spotswood, NJ. Job Duties include but not limited to: - Work closely with plant shipping office and customer service to achieve flexible and responsive scheduling of equipment and personnel - Scheduling drivers and assigning deliveries and equipment to maximize efficiency. - Review logs and submit timecards for drivers weekly. Collection of trip reports, bills of lading, vehicle inspection forms and other paperwork as required. - Recruit and hire drivers/contractors as needed. - Control and coordinate the placement, use, repair and maintenance of company trailers and equipment. - Must be able to plan, prioritize, problem solve and adapt to change, be reliable & flexible - Enforce company safety guidelines, employment policies and maintain performance records for drivers and contractors. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word - TMW Software Visual Dispatch experience a plus. - Other duties may be assigned - Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 7:00 am --- 5:00 pm. - EOE - Preferred past driving experience or Class A Licensed.
