We are searching for passionate and ambitious Payroll Administrators who love a challenge, are passionate about change, and who have a proven history of being able to work independently.Payroll AdministratorJob DescriptionCompile and record employee time and payroll data. Compute employees' time worked production and commissions. Compute and post wages and deductions or prepare payroll. Data entry for labor costing and tracking.Key Functions of Payroll AdministratorReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Maintain payroll information via internal systems; and collecting, calulating and entering dataUpdate payroll records by reviewin and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and department/division transfersPrepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and non-taxable wagesBuild, maintain and adjust payroll controls - ensuring compliance and controls to safeguard that key areas of risk are identifiedMaintain payroll guidelines by contributing to policies and proceduresMaintian employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidentialSupport payroll auditsStay informed of current legal payroll guidelinesPlus, other duties as assigned by your supervisor as required for business needs.RequirementsCompetenciesHuman Resources Capacity.Financial Management.Technical munication Proficiency.Ethical Conduct.Time Management.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilitiesThis job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical DemandsThis is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.
