Other responsibilities include driving and delivering IT projects and improvements for Payroll which may comprise of Regulatory Enhancements, upgrades for ALM/TLM, Acquisitions and Divestitures. This position will map payroll integrations for the Global payroll program and test integration solutions as required. Partnering and Collaborating with TPV's and downstream vendor partners for end-end integration will be required.The TSL will work in partnership with the Product Owners and Process Analysts to convert user requirements into scalable designs. He /She will be responsible for the solution delivery and the timeliness and quality of the work.This role will be working across multiple business technologies and product line groups, including Payroll, Time, regional ERPs, Benefits, Equity Compensation, Vendor Applications etc. This individual will serve as an advocate within Technology Services for IT standard methodologies for Payroll.The primary job functions for the role are:* Partner with Product Owners, Process Analysts and the Program team to understand requirements.* Design payroll solutions that integrate with multiple business systems such as HR, Benefits, Equity Comp., 3rd Party Payroll etc.* Define the standard methodologies and processes to be followed for IT solutions for Payroll.* Lead and work with distributed global team(s) and team member(s).* Payroll SME for Payroll Applications and ERPsRequiredQualifications* Bachelor's Degree* Minimum of 8 years of Business Experience* Minimum 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience* Expertise in configuring and designing Payroll Solutions.* Knowledge and expertise in mapping Payroll integration with Benefits, Equity, GL applications.* Knowledge of industry standard Payroll Solutions.* Ability to identify designs from high level requirements.* Experience in working with an Agile/SAFE delivery model.* Experience in managing programs at a global scale.* Demonstrate ability to handle risk and ambiguity.* Awareness of IT industry trends for payroll and ability to apply them for technology strategy and design.Preferred* Knowledge of Workday, Kronos and/or SAP TimeTravel up to 10% may be required.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
