Description Look no further, Human Resources Business Partners. Robert Half is partnering with a growing client to immediately hire a Human Resources Business Partner. This role is designed to be a liaison between the organization, employees and Human Resources to facilitate HR initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, policy review and other various HR processes. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you!Key Responsibilities will include and will not be limited to:+ Guides managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues. management,+ Gives support and guidance to senior leaders regarding succession planning, career development and talent management.+ Studies employee engagement and culture issues and develops programs and solutions. + Acts as the point of contact for the use of HCM modules.+ Works with engagement survey vendors and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team to conduct surveys.+ Dedicates time towards improving knowledge of relevant state and US employment laws.+ Maintains database to keep files organized in case of an audit. + Prepares documentation for terminations, last paychecks, severance checks, separation agreements and releases, and other materials required.+ Provides back-up to other Human Resources Partners and HR team members as required.+ All other tasks as assigned.If you are already in contact with one of our Recruiting Managers please reach out to them directly to discuss this opportunity. Requirements + 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on Learning & Development and succession planning is required.+ 3+ years in a strategic HR position is required.+ Impeccable ethics, integrity, and standards.+ Ability to view issues objectively.+ Proactive in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion.+ Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution. + Knowledge of HR software and strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.+ An understanding of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations.+ Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
