multiple myeloma. Legend Biotech is seeking a Early Career Talent
Partner (Contractor) as part of the Talent Acquisition team based
in Somerset, NJ . Role Overview Legend Biotech is seeking an
experienced Early Talent Recruiting & Program Manager (Contract) to
support our Early Career Talent Acquisition initiatives with
primary focus on university recruiting execution and Intern/Co-op
Program Management support with a strong focus on identifying and
developing high-potential, culture-add candidates with future
leadership capability. At Legend, we are intentional about building
a sustainable talent pipeline that fuels innovation and long-term
growth. This position plays a critical role in attracting,
assessing, and hiring top interns, co-ops, and high-potential
early-career talent from leading universities across multiple
science disciplines. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Sourcing
Manage Early Career Requisitions and lead the attraction and hiring
of interns, co-ops, and early-career talent across R&D,
Manufacturing, and Commercial. Execute full-cycle recruiting for
future Hi-Po leadership talent, including sourcing, screening,
interview coordination, stakeholder communication, and offer
management. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand
evolving talent needs and design targeted early-career sourcing
strategies. Leverage data and market insights to continuously
improve candidate quality, diversity, and time-to-fill University
Relations & Employer Branding Actively represent Legend Biotech at
career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and targeted
student organization engagements. Build and maintain strong
partnerships with top universities, faculty, and career services
teams to strengthen long-term pipelines. Support the development of
compelling early-career messaging and branding that highlights
Legend’s culture, mission, and career opportunities. Coordinate
logistics and execution for on-campus and virtual recruiting events
Intern & Co-op Program Management (Recommendations Integrated)
Serve as a thought partner and contribute to the design, execution,
and continuous improvement of Legend’s intern and co-op programs.
Support planning and delivery of structured intern/co-op
experiences , including: Onboarding and orientation programming
Intern engagement events, learning sessions, and networking
opportunities End-of-program feedback and evaluations. Contribute
to the scaling and evolution of high-potential early-career
programs, with particular focus on MBA, PhD, and MS/MA pipelines.
Decision Making Selection and hiring recommendations for
high-potential early-career candidates Programmatic enhancements to
improve the candidate and intern experience Recruitment process
improvements and operational efficiencies Candidate and HM
communication strategy and best practices Requirements Bachelor’s
degree required; Human Resources, Business or
Communications/Marketing preferred. 3-5 years’ experience in Early
Talent/University Recruitment ideally in a global environment.
Intern program management preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of
early-career recruiting models, intern/co-op programs, and
university partnerships. Strong relationship-building skills with
internal stakeholders, universities, and external vendors. Highly
organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment. Self-directed, proactive, and motivated by
