The Global Practice Principal Recruiter - Health Technologywill be responsible for the delivery, execution, and assessment of our newlyenvisioned, Talent Acquisition Practice Model that will provide Johnson &Johnson with a competitive advantage. You will utilize Health Technologyindustry & business acumen as an active, strategic, trusted advisor toBusiness Leaders and Human Resource Partners. You will bring deep expertise andmarket knowledge (Data Science, Big Data, AI, Machine Learning etc.) whilestaying on top of trends and market changes and stay knowledgeable about talentcompetitors. You will be a Talent Advisor as you translate the enterprise andbusiness strategy to shape the talent priorities for Health Technology. Responsibilities: + Translate the strategies of the GlobalPractice model into deliverables, building, innovating and improvingrecruiting. + Utilize a deep understanding ofJ&J's long and short-term strategies, with a special focus on its differentgrowth drivers and innovation pipeline. Apply deep technical acumen, includingknowledge of industry and functional/therapeutic areas to coach and influencehiring managers in the most critical talent insights. + Stay largely connected with theexternal Health Technology community, positioning yourself as an establishedprofessional with deep technical expertise, strong business network, relevantsocial media presence, knowledge production and attendance of events and seminars. + Cultivate a high level of candidatecare and service during all stages of the recruiting process. Craft long termrelationships by acting as a career coach and becoming part of his/her networkwhile building a healthy pipeline of passive talent for future opportunities. + Lead a portfolio and guide internalclients in the best recruiting standards. Serve as a strategic talent advisorand as an ambassador for the Global D&I Strategy. + Collaborate in a culture of agilethinking through a fast, adaptive and iterative recruiting approach. + Utilize business data, technology, andother operational metrics to "sell" qualified diverse candidates tohiring managers and to "sell" J&J to passive and active talent.Integrate internal talent availability and external trends into a compellingtalent narrative to drive data-based decisions while observing emerging talentpriorities. + Build the Talent Sourcing plan toensure the Company will find elite talent utilizing Global Talent Managementstrategies. + Help others understand internal andexternal digital platforms to develop and execute sourcing strategies, buildsustainable candidate pipelines and cultivate relevant prospect/candidaterelationships. Qualifications + A minimum of a Bachelor's degree isrequired; Preferably in Health Sciences or Technology. + A minimum of 8 years of direct,relevant and recent business experience in a specialized Practice field isrequired. + A global talent perspective andexperience working in a highly matrixed environment is required. + Knowledge of disruptive technologiesthat impact the healthcare industry and their implications in the business andtalent landscape is required. + Validated ability to recruit or hirediverse individuals and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensationpackages is required. + Excellent communication (both writtenand verbal), influencing and negotiation skills are required, as is strongproject management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thoroughattention to detail. + An understanding of legal issues thatimpact global recruiting activities, namely employment contract law andrestrictive covenants is preferred. + A background in a corporate environmentor in recruiting executives in either a retained search firm, agency orcorporation is preferred. + Excellent assessment and interviewingskills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies,instruments and processes are preferred. + Proficiency with various applicantmanagement and applicant tracking systems is preferred. + Experience in utilizing metricsregularly to track and maintain performance is preferred. + Has to be willing to travel, as needed.
