Johnson & Johnson Technologies (JJT) is seeking an IT Technical
Lead - Global Health Services Technical Product Owner (TPO) in the
Global Health Services domain within Corporate Business Technology
(CBT). The position will be based in New Brunswick, New Jersey. IT
Senior Manager will work at the intersection of business &
technology that combine a deep understanding of business objectives
with technology solutions to overcome challenges and modernize to
the latest Global Health Services technology landscape and industry

authorities across departments, Digital Technologies Team, Data
Architecture, ISRM, Technical Services and Application Maintenance
on features & capabilities to ensure the digital initiatives
complete to requirements/the latest digital architecture and
roadmaps/budgets/timelines and ensure the best employee experience
for J&J associates across the globe. You will partner with
Technical Solution Leads, Business Product Owners in global and
regions to deliver the next generation GHS and employee experience
solutions across the segments.We are a customer and product centric

Position Responsibilities:In this role you will be accountable for
collaborating with Technical and Business Product Owners across
various segments within Global Health Services (GHS), part of
Corporate Business Technologies (CBT).You will be accountable for
the development of technology roadmaps and defining priorities of
new and/or improvement to products, platforms, and
features/applications within the GHS portfolio. You will be
responsible for partnering with digital technology partners for
improving and/or implementing new HR digital solutions completing a
unified vision across GHS technologies and global health user
experiences. J&J digital technologies are a core focus,
exercising experience in Mobile Technologies and mobile
applications, data automation and integrations between digital
platform, as well as big data analytics / metrics utilization to
craft long term goals and strategies. A diverse product portfolio,
with vision and employee engagement across the GHS ecosystem and
its incorporation within Total Rewards, will provide key
experiences in improving user experience and identifying alignments
across various digital technology platforms. Innovation and forward
thinking in the areas of digital wellbeing and health will provide
opportunities for implementing new digital solutions, frameworks

for humanity!Qualifications:Required: A minimum of a Bachelor's
degree. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Experience
creating, implementing, and managing digital products and/or
digital product support. Experience with software development
processes and support activities. Experience working in projects
applying Agile and Waterfall methodology. Knowledge of software
development and testing methodologies (SDLC). Excellent written,
communication, interpersonal, liaison skills with the ability to
work in a multi-cultural environment and communicate optimally with
technical and non-technical audiences. Strong vendor management and
collaboration skills in building positive relationships with all
team members - within J&J and external customers, suppliers,
and business. Demonstrable understanding of working in Data Privacy
mandated, Compliance and Regulatory environments. Experience in
managing implementation of new digital media platforms Demonstrable
understanding of existing digital health and wellness products
Experience in managing digital governance and establishing
processes in keeping organizations adaptable and agile Shown
knowledge and understanding of standard practices, digital
technology, and supporting industry principles. Experience
capturing digital requirements and translating them into a digital
product vision by using expertise in product development,
engineering, and UX. In-depth understanding of business processes
and high-quality digital product delivery. Problem investigations
and resolution ability for critical issues by bringing in teams
together - both internal and external J&J vendors for
operational incidents management. Digital Product experience:
Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience.
Foundational skills in data engineering, cybersecurity, intelligent
automation, and emerging technologies. Highly collaborative working
style, with demonstrable experience crafting strong
cross-functional working relationships, building consensus, and
working towards decisions across all levels of management.
Partnering with digital SaaS vendors and integration experience.
Experience in engineering the ALM/TLM cycles and upgrades with
strong analytical skills to proactively recommend system
improvements. Knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC processes.
Preferred: Experience in working as a product owner across multiple
projects and business information systems. Experience with JIRA,
XRAY, Roadmunk, confluence tools, and Microsoft tools. Scrum master
or product owner certification. Passion for employee health &
wellness and helping people improve their lives. Knowledge or
experience of Global Health systems and services or processes in
this space, or equivalent knowledge and product owner skills, are
an excellent foundation for this position. A change Agent with a
high tolerance for ambiguity. Excellent inter-personal, liaison
skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical
audiences. Awareness of technologies used in the industry and by
other leading global IT organizations to benchmark and use this
information to develop new strategies and recommendations.
Translate and apply long-term Vision and Mission into substantial
action. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000
to $142,600. The Company maintains highly competitive,
performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines,
this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in
accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual
performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive
to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and
the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual
