Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Workday Technical Manager , supporting product management within the Corporate Business Technology (CBT) organization by providing thought leadership and technical domain expertise in Workday and related technologies. This role will be located in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL and is eligible for participation in J&J's Hybrid Flex Work program. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company, with an expectation of regular travel to an office hub. Immediate initiatives involving this role include process and tool enhancements to elevate our technical knowledge management and analysis capabilities as well as involvement in strategic efforts to modernize HR's technical infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and expertise in Workday to business teams, internal and external configuration teams, developers, testing teams, compliance, and other project members.
• Perform analytical support and technical analysis of requirements to generate solution specifications.
• Offer Workday domain expertise to support and develop resources across the Workday Squad.
• Identify areas for process improvements in the HR domain and actively participate in continuous process improvement activities.
• Research future software releases for ongoing process improvement and innovation.
• Lead the resolution of cross-functional and cross-platform issues, tradeoffs, and risks in alignment with enterprise, squad, and program objectives.
• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions.
• Work with a team of developers and software engineers to support and develop integrations to downstream systems and data repositories.
• Stay informed about current technology trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, and actively participate in internal and external technology communities.
• Collaborate with partner teams to explore internal software solutions that enhance efficiency and enable more resilient code as infrastructure.
• Manage, grow, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure effective communication and execution for innovation opportunities, upgrades, and support.
