Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Software Testing solution Architect at the Associate Director level, The role requires to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced test architecture and automation solutions. Responsible include driving innovation and transformation initiatives across testing processes while ensuring the adoption of modern practices, including AI-driven testing. This role also requires strong expertise in test automation frameworks and solution design, along with a strategic mindset to enhance overall quality and efficiency. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-level test automation frameworks and architecture.
- Design and execute large-scale testing transformation initiatives, improving test strategies, processes, and tools across the organization.
- Develop test automation strategies, integrating modern tools, techniques, and methodologies to ensure continuous improvement in testing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality engineers, to define testing strategies and improve product quality.
- Implement AI and machine learning-based solutions for test automation and quality assurance to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA teams, ensuring the continuous development of skills and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end test solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and customer requirements.
- Engage in stakeholder communication and management to ensure test strategies meet project goals and timelines.
- Drive innovation in test automation tools and frameworks by staying updated with emerging trends, especially in AI-based testing.
Required Qualifications:
- 16+ years of experience in software testing, with significant exposure to test automation and test architecture solution design.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing testing transformation initiatives across large organizations.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Jenkins, and similar.
- Experience in leading QA teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality software products.
- Knowledge and practical experience in AI/ML and Gen AI-based testing solutions are a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based testing environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with containerization and microservices-based testing architectures.
