development in one or more programming languages. 3 years of
experience with full stack development, across back-end such as
Java, & SQL codebases, and front-end experience including
JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent. 3 years of
experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products. 1
year of experience with software design and architecture. Preferred
qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or
related technical field. 5 years of experience with data structures
and algorithms. 1 year of experience in a technical leadership

technology forward. The Connect Deals team, part of GBO Engineering
within the Applied AI organization, it provides the unified source
of truth for Google’s Ads agreements. Our mission is to empower
global sales teams to architect higher-value deals through an
intelligent, end-to-end platform for deal modeling, contracting,
and incentive activation. As a core pillar of the Go-to-Market
(GTM) infrastructure, we build production-grade software that
replaces legacy systems with a sophisticated suite of tools for
monitoring agreement performance and automating complex fee
structures (e.g., DV360 relief and VIP configurations). We bridge
the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring
Google’s Ads business operates with maximum efficiency. Google is

after another. The US base salary range for this full-time position
is $174,000-$252,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Write and test product or system development code.
Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders
to decide amongst available technologies. Review code developed by
other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices
(e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability,
and efficiency). Contribute to existing documentation or
educational content and adapt content based on product/program
updates and user feedback.
