this mission. About The Role This is a newly created role that is
critical to the successful onboarding and deployment of our
healthcare product with customers. You’ll serve as the operational
bridge between our Sales, Product and Engineering teams — ensuring
our clients see value quickly and that our internal teams are
aligned throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely with
the healthcare leadership team to refine operational processes,
drive implementation success, and continuously improve client
outcomes through hands-on coordination, strategic insight, and
detailed execution. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role
ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup
environment and has strong organizational, communication, and
problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Lead client facing
engagements, joining customer calls to track progress, surface
needs, and ensure a smooth rollout experience Own the onboarding
and implementation process for healthcare clients from signed
contract to successful deployment Partner with the Sales, Product,
and Engineering teams to remove blockers, identify new workflow
opportunities, and to deliver on customer priorities Monitor client
adoption and feedback, identifying trends and improvement
opportunities in both process and product Support documentation and
continuous refinement of internal implementation workflows and
client communications Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
by ensuring expectations are clear, timelines are met, and
communication is proactive Take ownership of projects and client
issues with a bias toward solutions and action Attract top-tier

aboard. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in management
consulting, banking, as a founder, or in an operational/generalist
role at an early-stage startup Excellent communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Willingness to take
on a variety of roles Ability to prioritize effectively and get
things done in an unstructured and ambiguous environment Ability to
take ownership and accountability Willingness to work in person at

painful! Job Compensation Range The salary range for this role is
$120,000 - $160,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards
package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive
benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on
a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and
qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
