Position Title: Attorney - Workers' Compensation Location: Workers' Comp --- New Brunswick, New Jersey Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum Experience: Experienced Description We seek an Associate Attorney to join our workers' compensation team. The successful candidate will possess and be responsible for the following:--- Legal research and writing--- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents--- Strategically counsel clients and potential clients on legal matters--- Identify legal or contractual issues and develop new approaches to resolve complex issues--- Manage relationships and collaborate with co-counselThe successful candidate will possess the following requirements:--- JD with exceptional academic credentials--- License to practice law in New Jersey--- 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation--- Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills--- Excellent business judgment and a high level of professionalism--- Ability to work in teams--- Excellent time management and organizational skillsBenefits include medical, vision, dental, FSA, life, long-term disability insurance, 401K plan match, and paid time off policy.
