Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: We are working with a well-respected plaintiff personal injury law firm with office locations throughout the state of New Jersey! They are seeking experienced Personal Injury Attorneys to join the firm and have openings at multiple locations. Locations: Plainfield, Trenton, & New Brunswick Schedule: Hybrid Remote/Office Base Salary Range: $125k-$150k/year bonuses! Support Staff: 2 full-time Paralegals per Attorney Why join us? Flexible schedule 401(k) Job Details The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, a passion for advocacy, and the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution. Trial experience is highly valued and considered a strong plus! Responsibilities: Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through trial or settlement Conduct client meetings, case evaluations, and strategy development Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances Collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the NJ state bar 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (trial experience a plus) Interested in hearing more?
