Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a
professional Commercial Driver's License (CDL- Class A ) to operate
various types of trucks and transport freight efficiently and
safely. This role involves a dedicated route driving, No touch
freight , and ensuring timely deliveries across designated areas A
strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service is
essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Safely
operate commercial trucks with manual transmission and various
trailer types such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers,
dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip
inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with
regulations. Plan routes effectively to meet delivery schedules
while optimizing fuel efficiency. Maintain accurate logs of driving
hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records. Ensure cargo is
secured properly during transit to prevent damage or accidents.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding
delivery times or issues. Follow all federal and state
transportation regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with necessary
endorsements Tanker experience a plus Prove of updated medical card
3 Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and
freight delivery. Familiarity with manual transmission trucks
preferred. Intermodal experience a must Knowledge of safety
procedures related to trucking operations and cargo handling.
Strong driving skills with a clean driving record. Ability to pass
a comprehensive background check and drug screening prior to
employment. Excellent communication skills and a professional
attitude towards customer service. This position offers an
