Our client, a leading pharmaceutical client company is hiring a Contract Administration Specialist on a long term consulting basis. Job Description Contract Administration Specialist - Consultant Description Temporary position to support the contract operations group. The contract administration specialist will report to the business operations lead to support the Product Development (PD) organization in supporting the execution of the outsourced book of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following Facilitate the execution of contracts (Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), Amendments, etc.) from start (upload and routed for signature) to finish (archival in accordance with corporate policies). o Effectively communicate and monitor completion of contract work. o Trouble shoot and escalate any issues as appropriate. Process all purchase orders in accordance with contract terms through SAP supporting all functions within Product Development and external work. o Ensure suppliers are enabled within required systems within . o Manage GoA approval where appropriate. o Maintain functional area financial tracking systems as appropriate. Facilitate invoice reconciliation. o Work with appropriate stakeholders to approve invoices and ensure suppliers are paid in alignment with agreed upon payment terms. o Ensure invoices are submitted to the appropriate purchase orders, cost center, etc. o Where applicable, assist suppliers with any invoice discrepancies and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop resolution plans to ensure on-time payments. o Effectively communicate all invoice reconciliation issues progress with key stakeholders and escalate any issues. Support creation and maintenance of external Sharepoint sites and other collaboration sites for document and information sharing. ExperienceQualifications Bachelor's degree or 5+ years experience in contract administration. Familiarity with business contract language a plus. Experience working in Ariba and SAP a plus. SharePoint administration experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders and key partners to advance required book of work. Some project management experience with the ability to develop clear action plans and drive execution to meet timelines and deliver on commitments.
