Job Description:

The Secretary/Scheduler will be responsible for providing professional and courteous customer service to the patients and family members of patients of the Gastroenterology practice.

This includes:

  • Scheduling appointments and/or procedures
  • Greeting and registering patients
  • Screening incoming calls and determining urgency and how to direct
  • Maintaining files

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous medical office experience preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills
