Job Description SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an Overnight Production Assistant for a large, well-known client in Branchburg, NJ 08853 . As a skilled Overnight Production Assistant , you will perform reports to the Group Leader for assignments, direction, and assistance. Deals regularly with other Compounders, Senior Compounders, and Inventory/Material Control personnel. SURESTAFF is invested in its team members All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $18-$20/Hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include Monday-Friday 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Production Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Ability to provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department. Accuracy in typing and ability to prepare and maintain accounting documents and records. Accurate preparation of bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements. Reconciling of accounts in a timely manner. Commitment to daily tasks such as entering key data for financial transactions into the database accurately. Cooperative demeanor and willingness to provide assistance and support to company personnel. Ability to research, track, and reconcile accounting and documentation issues and discrepancies. Excellent communication skills required to report to management and compile reports/summaries on assigned activity areas. Commitment to compliance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws. Passion for continued learning and updating job knowledge. Production Assistant Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalency preferred Must be proficient in the English language Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a warehousing environment required (chemical or flavor/fragrance industry preferred). Mechanical aptitude to understand and operate filling & process equipment (including scales and CIP/COP equipment). Good math skills to calculate (solutions, addition, subtraction, percentages, metric conversions). Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment in order to exceed customer requirements. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be able to drive a forklift. Must be able to lift/move drums, pumps, and other process equipment up to 30kg repeatedly during a normal work day.
