Certified Nursing Assistant - Landing Lane (Per diem) #463
Certified Nursing Assistant - Landing Lane - Per diem, not eligible
for benefits, 11pm - 7am - The Certified Nursing Assistant, in
accordance with professional nursing standards and under the
direction of the nurse, is responsible for the hands-on
individualized needs of assigned residents as noted in the Care
Plan. The CNA will interact directly with residents, providing
care, comfort and overall assistance with daily living needs. This
position must ensure that residents and families receive the
highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere
through overall teamwork, communication, patience, flexibility,
collaboration and interpersonal skills.
