We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist (CSS) to ensure our clients have a positive experience and maintain our excellent brand reputation. Reporting to our Central NJ location, the CSS a highly visible and important position. The CSS is the first person with which our client interacts and must positively represent our company via phone, chat, and email. Every interaction could be a valuable, potential client, and the CSS must take every measure to engage by answering questions, solving problems, making course suggestions, and ultimately encourage the client to register for a training course. Always a client advocate, the CSS works closely with the Management Team to ensure the client receives prompt and accurate service. The CSS will report directly to the President. This is the perfect position for someone with prior customer service, help desk, sales or other client-facing experience. We are looking for someone who is: Eager to learn about the Technical/Regulatory /B2B Education business A Problem Solver with a can-do attitude An Independent worker---but can be collaborative Passionate about great customer service Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills Dependable and team oriented Responsibilities and Duties: Handle client support related to incoming requests received through multiple methods (phone, chat and email) Assist clients with training course selection and sign-up Help process registrations Respond to and resolve client inquiries through research and follow up Capture client information, inquiry, and problem-solving process such as decisions made, actions involved and outcome, including updates Manage course evaluations and other client feedback and communicate to team members toward improving the client experience Maintain high level of client retention and the company's positive image through proactive communications with all stakeholders Qualifications: College degree preferred or comparable experience in the adult training industry 1-3 years--- experience in the training industry B2B client support. Prior experience in a technical/scientific field highly valued Prior experience working with a global community highly valued Excellent interpersonal communications skills, both oral and written. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
