Job Description:

Job DescriptionOur Pre-admission testing department is looking for a Per Diem - Pre-Admission Testing Assistant - to provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to our patients. This is a benefits eligible position!Responsibilities include:

Managing phones for department, relaying messages, answering inquiries about P.A.T. appointments
Scheduling appointments, managing any changes in the schedule
Assisting with maintaining patient charts- verifying demographic information, filing diagnostic reports
Preparing for the next day admissions - pulling charts and checking against OR schedule
Taking inventory, maintaining and ordering suppliesRequirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology Grade 111
