Job Description:

RWJBH is seeking a Medical Transcriptionist for our Histology Lab at the New Brunswick campus. This is a full-time, day position (40 hours/week).

Requirements/Qualifications:

* Transcribe medical reports, and other medical documents from recorded messages from health care providers.
* Proficiency with EHR, Microsoft Office and speech recognition software.
* Previous experience in hospital or other health care setting; 5 years or more
* Strong medical terminology, anatomy and physiology background.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Superb listening and time management skills.
* Able to type 90 WPM.
