*PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE**NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ**Hybrid role, candidate schedule will flex based on needs of the business.**Project Description: * - PD Associate will have the opportunity to drive state-of-art innovation and development in cell line and upstream process development areas. - Focus on cell line and upstream process development. - Transient protein production for rapid material generation to support early discovery and process development teams. - Responsible for study design, execution, data review and analysis, document writing, presentations. Will generate and document results in electronic notebook. - Transient protein production for rapid material generation to support early discovery and process development teams.*Required Skills: * - M.S (or PhD) in chemistry, chemical engineering, bioinformatics, data science, pharmacy, biology, biomedical engineering, biochemistry, biophysics). - 2-4 years' experience in biopharmaceutical cell line/ upstream process development. - Strong knowledge and experience of mammalian cell culture, aseptic technique. - Experience with transfection (DNA, mRNA), bioreactor set up and execution. - Must have good oral/written communication skills and be able to work in a team environment. - All candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship needs. - Preferred experience:o Experience with high throughput assays (e.g., Octet, flow cytometry).o Experience with bioinformatics and statistical analysis.o Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.o Excellent communication and scientific writing skills.This 12+ month position starts ASAP.ALPHA'S REQUIREMENT #23-00174MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE U.S. AS AN HOURLY W2 EMPLOYEEJob Types: Full-time, ContractBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Referral program* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
