About the Position:
Hiring for an Engine Mechanic, responsible for engine and generator
repairs and services and maintaining daily power plant operations
for an LFG powered electric generating plant. This role will assist
in the diagnosis and implementation of preventative maintenance and
repairs to Caterpillar engines and associated equipment.
Requirements:
High school education or GED equivalent required.
Technical, vocational, trade school education or equivalent is
preferred.
2+ years of prior Caterpillar engine mechanic experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an
environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high
level of organization.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and various other computer
skills.
Must possess a valid drivers license.
