Brunswick is the work location home base; but must be flexible
traveling to sites up to 35 miles north and south of New Brunswick
depending on staff education needs. Travel expenses are
reimbursed.Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire training and
continuous training of current employees, to include individual and
group training of a diverse group of clinical research (i.e.,
Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Study Assistants, etc.),
non-clinical research and management staff.Deliver and update
training content to meet the clinical operations onboarding and
educational goals and objectives established by the management team
and according to best practice industry standards.Continuously
assist in improving/updating educational programs, curricula,
courses, and learning materials for both non-clinical and clinical
research personnel.Deploy a wide variety of training methods and
programs that incorporate soft and hard skills.Build relationships
with new employees and existing staff so you can effectively
deliver education programs, curricula, etc. -Assist with evaluating
training needs of existing personnel to identify knowledge
gaps.Maintain up-to-date knowledge and adheres to policies,
procedures, guidance, and practice standards set forth by
Vitalief's clinical research client, the FDA, and all regulatory
bodies. Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree required.Must have
at least 1 year of experience conducting structured, formal
training classes for entry-level through management
personnel.Experience conducting training for professionals in at
least one of the following is required: clinical research, life
sciences, and/or healthcare.Experience assisting in
improving/updating educational programs, curricula, courses, and
learning materials is preferred.Excellent interpersonal and
presentation skills, able to establish rapport with all levels
within the organization.Independent critical thinking skills,
decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal to no
supervision. Detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills,
and be proficient in computer applications (MS Office Suite: Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. - Must be willing to travel
to network sites as needed. -IMPORTANT NOTE: Vitalief partners with
clients such as major medical centers and academic institutions
that requires all on-site resources such as prospective Vitalief
consultants to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated for
Covid-19; inoculated annually for Influenza; and successfully pass
a Mantoux Tuberculin Skin Test (TST) for Mycobacterium
Tuberculosis.
