Immediate Opportunities Available for Weekend Baylor Program for Middlesex and Somerset, New Jersey! The Baylor Program is designed for our field employees who are able to commit themselves to an ongoing schedule of weekend hourswith our clients and will receive an additional 6 hours of pay as a bonus. Locations (more cases available in Middlesex and Somerset Counties)

• North Brunswick/Edison, NJ
  • Pediatric Trach and Pediatric Trach/Vent Clients
  • Weekends
  • Days/OvernightsWhat shifts will count towards our Baylor Program?
    • Baylor shifts include any of those that start at 3 pm on Fridays through shifts that end at 7 am on Mondays
    • You must be flexible in case assignments and covering other shifts in the event that you are canceled from your scheduled client
    • Provide service to a client on two major holidays per year. You can choose the holidays that you will work Requirements of our Baylor Program
      • A minimum of 24 hours per weekend, maximum of 32 hours per weekend
      • *Bonus will only be paid on weekends that these requirements are fulfilled*
      • 60 day probationary period to up code to Trach/Vent
      • Must not exceed 2 call outs or more per quarterAdditional Information
        • Those participating in the Baylor Program will still be eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO), however, the only hours that will count towards obtaining PTO will be those that are actually worked in the field
        • In order to qualify for Part Time Benefits, employees will still need to maintain an average of 30+ hours per week; only actual hours worked in the field will count toward
