Job Title: Data Analyst (Process Engineer)

Location: New Brunswick, NJ, 08903-0191

Type: ONLY W2 contract

Length: 6 months

Pay Rate: $35- $46.55 per hour

The Associate Process Engineer within the Process Monitoring and Analytics organization will support product robustness analyses for the commercial biologics portfolio. This position provides advanced data analysis as well as supports implementation/maintenance of effective Statistical Process Control (SPC) programs across the biologics network (including both internal and Third Party Manufacturing sites). The Associate Process Engineer/Scientist will aid in the development of data visualizations, dashboards and metrics to support monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of process and product analytics.

Key responsibilities include

• 
  
• Assemble and analyze manufacturing data (process parameters and critical quality attributes) to evaluate process robustness
  
• Provide statistical analysis for improved process understanding and robustness.
  
• Support the development of visualizations, dashboards and automated reporting capabilities for process and product robustness.
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant science, engineering, or mathematics discipline (mathematics, statistics, engineering or data science).
    
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Scientific or Mathematical discipline
    
  • Knowledge/experience in statistical analysis tools, data analysis and mathematical modeling.
    
    
    Key Skills and Experience
    
    
    • 
      
    • Experience with the use of and scripting/programming in different software packages like Matlab, SAS, JMP, Minitab, Umetrics SIMCA, and Accelyrs Discoverant is an advantage. Experience with data management systems and data networks is preferred.
      
    • Working competency of Statistical Process Control and related tools (JMP/MiniTab/SAS).
      
    • Knowledge of parenteral technology: aseptic processing, sterilization, isolator processing, lyophilization, pre-filled syringe operations, etc a plus
      
    • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, R, python a plus
      
    • Strong understanding of project management systems and tools
      
    • Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
      
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize objectives from multiple projects, and to adhere to scheduled timelines while maintaining flexibility.
