Job Description:
Risk Assessment Associate (Contractor)The contract duration is
initially 8 months, with possible extension40 hours/week,
Mon-FriManager, FM Risks & Quality--- Supports in conducting
global, cross-functional risk assessments to identify risks and
develop mitigation strategies--- Implement crisis management
program in times of crisis--- Develop mitigation recommendations
for site hardening as it relates to climatic risks for business
continuity purposes--- Provide program management support and serve
as a subject matter expert for facility risk management--- Work
collaboratively with enabling partners, subject matter experts, and
business stakeholders in developing overarching facilities risk
management strategies and associated policies and processes.---
Responsible for defining and implementing procedures for the
day-to-day operational and administrative management of data -
including the intake, storage, processing, and transmission of data
to internal and external systems (ie FM My Risk, EHS,)--- Use tools
like Powerpoint, Excel, PowerBI or Tableau to analyze internal and
external data.--- Perform data analysis and trending related to all
existing risk and quality programs, support development of
presentations for all levels of leadership--- Ability to interpret
data and identify root cause analysis and recommend mitigations
based on risk identified--- Conducting business impact and risk
analysis, integrating multiple data sources for risk analysis---
Risk Data Strategy implementation - support user requirements, UAT,
deployment--- Supports risk reporting capabilities to ensure
cross-functional stakeholders are proactively informed of critical
risks to our facilities and develops a comprehensive quarterly risk
report. Manage quarterly risk data upload into the data hub---
Develops key risk Indicators and reporting dashboards for
monitoring Facilities risk program effectiveness
