Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global A2R Sr. Finance Analyst in the Close, Consolidations and External Reporting (CCER) Group. This position can be located in New Brunswick, NJ or Horsham, PA. Candidate must be able to travel to New Brunswick, as needed for key meetings and deliverables.

The A2R Finance Sr. Finance Analyst will be a member of the CCER Cross Workstream Process Integration Team and report to the Finance Manager. The candidate will be responsible for supporting initiatives within the Close, Consolidations and External Reporting (CCER) space as part of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) program within Project SigniFi, Finance's multi-year digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide leadership and support across CCER initiatives to help advance key milestones
  
• Ownership of CCER financial tracking & all associated activities - Latest Thinking development with PMO Finance, IT, initiative leads; facilitate resource cross charges; develop quarterly report outs, manage costing adjustments, and delivering KPI Measures
  
• Business Case Refresh - Coordination and consolidation of CCER costing estimates, assisting with slide deck development for Leadership reviews, and playing an integral role in the final CAR tie-out process
  
• Project Management - Supporting initiative project plan reporting and updates
  
• Partner across PMO, Finance, External Consultants to drive consistency and standardization across CCER initiatives
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
    
  • CPA, CMA, MBA or other certifications preferred
    
  • A minimum of three years of finance, business experience or related leadership experience is required.
    
  • Knowledge of general finance and accounting processes is preferred
    
  • Collaborative and inquisitive style while working with a cross-functional organization with many partners is required.
    
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
    
  • Ability to anticipate and proactively address challenges and recommend alternate options is required
    
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with various levels of management and external customers is also required
    
  • Prior experience managing projects is preferred
    
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint is required
    
  • This position can be located in New Brunswick, NJ or Horsham, PA, and may require up to 10% international travel
