Job DescriptionHuman Resources Department at Saint Peter's is
transforming and we are seeking a strong HRIS Analyst to join our
evolving team. As the HRIS Analyst, you are:

technology.You will:
- Manage the setup and data elements of the HR systems to drive
position management, department, location and organization
structures. Communicate the changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Work with functional authorities to produce business
requirements, functional requirements, and fit-gap analysis
documentation. Configure the HR technology solution to meet
business needs, following standard software development
lifecycle.
- Develop, coordinate and execute test plans. Including system
integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop management reports, departmental metrics and
presentation materials using data from a variety of sources.
- Effectively communicate/deliver the reports and related
analysis using excellent verbal, written, and presentation
skills.
- Partner with IT to assist in their support of integrations from
HR systems to other internal and external systems.
- Maintain data integrity of HR Systems and seek to improve data
capture and retrieval processes leveraging Lean Six Sigma
methodology.
- Fix complex HR Technology configuration and reporting issues to
identify and fix root causes.
- Leads small to medium-scale projects (teams of 2 or more) from
conception to implementation. You need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
or a combination of education and experience, AND a minimum of
three (3) years of analytical experience in HRIS/HR/Payroll is
strongly preferred.
- Experience writing and developing complex routine and ad-hoc
reports with Crystal or other data report writing software.
- Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office
programs Excel and Word required.
- Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and systems
trouble-shooting.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, diagnose & resolve
problems and prioritize critical customer issues and trends.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills. Attention to
detail in documents, correspondence, and process alignment.
