ABOUT THE TEAM
In North America Solution Advisory we foster a supportive team
environment and work as integral members of SAP account teams that
serve our customers. The People & Transformation team drives
internal communications, initiatives, and programs to ensure the
North America Solution Advisory team members have everything they

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Solution Advisory People &
Transformation
Location: - Virtual but within driving distance to one of these SAP
Offices: New York, NY, Chicago, Il, Newtown Square, PA, or
Atlanta,GA
Expected start date: June / July 2022
Contract Duration: 6 - 12 months
IN THIS ROLE,
This internship will support the People and Transformation Office
for Solution Advisory to help us communicate and build awareness
around the strategies and methodologies designed by the team. You
will collaborate with various stakeholders and the Leadership Team
to drive strategic initiatives through beautifully designed assets
and content. - Your personal insights, experiences, and perspective
are all important to us and we hope you will bring your creativity
and can-do energy to the team as well.
During your internship, you will use your background in
Communications, Journalism, or Marketing with strong writing and
editing skills. We will ask for 1-3 samples of writing (blogs,
published articles, and school compositions are acceptable).
FOCUS AREAS INCLUDE :
- Create and distribute digital content and maintain internal
communications around content updates, KPI reporting and strategic
initiatives
- Content management and promotion using Microsoft Teams and
SharePoint, email communications, and other digital media
- Design and create highly professional, executive-level PowerPoint
presentations and other assets (such as, infographics / one-pagers,
video, webpages) that tell a story in an easy-to-consume and
attention-grabbing way
- Track and manage content engagement analytics
During the internship you will enhance your graphic design and
basic video production skills as well as learn how to work with
virtual teams across multiple time-zones while completing projects
under tight deadlines.
WHO YOU ARE:
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and
stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects
and are energized by lifelong learning.
Your experience with Microsoft Office tools such as SharePoint,
Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and experience in corporate
internal communications will make you shine in this role as will
your social media savvy with LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and
TikTok.
You have experience with Adobe creative design products, other
video editing and design software and the interest/aptitude to
learn additional software as necessary to support project
requirements.
Some knowledge of SAP and its core offerings as well as experience
in the technology sector is preferred.
SOFTWARE/OTHER PROFICIENCIES
- Adobe After Effects or comparable software
- Adobe Illustrator or comparable software
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft Office Professional suite
- Camtasia Studio (will provide instruction)
- Mural (will provide instruction)
- Post-Production (basic animation, compositing, sound
optimization, etc.)
- Ability to work virtually in a fast-paced environment and a quick
learner
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional image
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to work independently. Self-guided and motivated.
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills
