SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING DELIVERY LEAD NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ Hybrid Role. 3+ Month Contract, Possible FTE. Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience with Supply Chain Planning (prefer SAP-Integrated Business Planning, but will consider others such as Kinaxis or o9 Solutions).
• 6+ years of experience with SAP in areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), and Manufacturing (PP).
• 6+ years of experience with FDA and GXP regulated environment.
• Strong primary skills of a supply chain planning system (preferably SAP-IBP).
• Knowledge of related SAP areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (PP), Costing (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD) and Finance (FI).
• Experience implementing SAP interfaces in a FDA and GxP regulated environment.
• Experience managing projects or components of large projects.
• Able to manage work across virtual teams.
• Able to effectively translate business requirements to a solution; Identify and leverages synergies with other projects and/or processes.
• Part of the team that produces the deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support the Production Planning and Forecasting requirements globally.
• Provide oversight and guidance to project teams and third party /partner development organizations for Demand Planning/Supply Planning area and related applications.
• Provide oversight and governance for process design within SAP platforms in specific area.
• Absorb new ideas and drive continuous improvement for operations and design of processes. Project Description:
  • Supply Chain Planning Delivery Lead is responsible for driving solutions to enable effective and efficient outcomes for the business.
  • Through strong collaboration and a focus on business success, this person drives BUILD and RUN activities for the Supply Chain Planning functionality associated to the SAP systems.
  • Part of the team that produces the deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support the Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Supply Chain Inter-Company Operations requirements globally.
  • Deliver on all project timelines, project budget, and overall project quality.
  • Work with other IT & business colleagues to understand business strategy and support IT strategy development.
  • Participate in and provide input to IT platform strategy.
  • Provide solutions by using the SAP S4 and other SAP applications, as well as related bolt-on, related tools, and integrations tools.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to project teams and third party /partner development organizations for the Demand Planning/Supply Planning area and related applications.
  • Provide approval as necessary for third party and/or partner work in the SAP ECC ERP or related applications.
  • Manage/Guide the transition of all project work to the Accenture build and run teams.
  • Provide oversight and governance for process design within SAP platforms in specific area.
  • Provide fluent level of oral and written presentation to influence various stakeholders. This 3+ month position starts ASAP.
