Job Description Help Desk Analyst Job Responsibilities Provide clinical technical support for physicians, residents and nurses in Paragon (PCH, CCS, Emergency Department, and Operating Room Management, etc) and Athena EMR systems. Provide helpdesk phone support for end users. Provide desktop support (hardware and software) for end users onsite. Provide remote support for end users Use ticketing system Track IT to open and close incidents Communication efficiently and effectively with doctors, nurses, and patient care medical personnel. Troubleshooting computer related problems related to internal client computing platforms and network connectivity. Performing software installation, upgrade, and support as require. Utilizing manual and automated processes/tools to monitor and maintain computing environments. Manage trouble tickets as required. ssist in supporting backup and restoration process and procedures. ssist in identifying, documenting, and implementing process and procedural changes necessary to make the Helpdesk more efficient. bility to analyze information to form logical and consistent conclusions, and to communicate the logical process to customers and co-workers. Required Experience: solid understanding of Windows operating systems (workstation, server, clustering), networking technologies and distributed computing environments. Experience with Remote Systems Administration and Microsoft Active Directory. bility to learn new applications and environments quickly. Basic knowledge of Citrix and VMWare virtualization, network based storage systems, enterprise systems/service design and delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with medical professionals or Executives Strong customer service skills. Must have an A+ certification. Preferred Experience: Experience working with clinical applications or providing help desk services within a medical environment would be a huge plus.
