My client is a award winning mid sized Architectural firm with multiple offices in New Jersey. They are licensed to work in a variety of states across the country and they are looking to add a Project Architect to their team. This opportunity offers employees with a chance to work on different projects in multiple states, continued education and potential bonuses. They are looking to add someone to their team immediately. Description:--- Perform code review, complies with project budget + schedule--- Select, evaluate + implement design components used in projects--- Evaluate existing conditions - formulates response to challenges--- Responsible for significant aspects of larger project, responsible for work on smaller projects--- Responsible for daily design and technical development of project--- Responsible to supervise/produce Construction Documents through CAD and BIM--- Coordination and QA/QC of consultants' work--- Construction Administration for select projects--- Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and material selection--- Maintain project files (multiple projects at the same time)--- Documentation + Communication of specific project tasks (to client + team)--- Comply with internal project budgets (team hours)--- Design/implement project scope of work, comply with scheduleSkills:Revit, Construction document, Project management, revit architecture, construction drawings, Construction administration, architectural design, Education architecture, Architecture, Schematic design, Construction, education, Higher Education About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
