This includes regular individual supervision with our leadership team members, participation in team meetings, and opportunities to engage in behavior analytic research and discussion. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred.Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employees and organization as a whole.Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions' team members through approved supervision activities.
