This role involves overseeing the operations and maintenance of our consumer packaging equipment, mechanical maintenance, conveyor, pneumatics, aerosol production, and liquid production. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, leading a team of maintenance professionals, and ensuring our equipment and systems are operating at peak performance. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems, including consumer packaging equipment, mechanical maintenance, conveyor, pneumatics, aerosol production, and liquid production.2. Lead, manage, and supervise a team of maintenance professionals, providing training and development opportunities as needed.3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.4. Monitor the condition of equipment and systems, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to prevent operational disruptions.5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.6. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.7. Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in the construction industry, implementing new techniques and equipment as appropriate.8. Handle emergency maintenance tasks as they arise, coordinating with team members and other departments as needed.9. Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing procurement processes.10. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the effectiveness of maintenance programs and the condition of equipment and systems.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the construction industry.2. Proven experience with consumer packaging equipment, mechanical maintenance, conveyor, pneumatics, aerosol production, and liquid production.3. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and techniques.4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.8. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in the construction industry.9. Ability to handle emergency maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently.10.
