Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.Position Summary:The Contract Inquiry Support Team (CIS) provides answers to contract-related inquiries generated by our direct/indirect customers and business partners, seeks to improve synchronization of contract price and eligibility, resolves customer price and eligibility discrepancies and supports contracting process improvements.As an Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include operational execution, process improvements, and strategic collaboration with internal business partners such as our operating company franchise partners and other internal Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) departments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to support base business, reporting needs, process efficiencies, and/or strategy improvements and implementations.
  • Drive and implement improvement processes or policies that will positively impact internal efficiencies and the customer experience.
  • Work in conjunction with team members and collaborators to identify common root causes and design solutions that increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
  • Review, analyze, and streamline metrics and data collection processes to add deeper business perspective to evaluate trending, and report out to management.
  • Design new metrics and reports to support changing business needs, applying Excel and Tableau.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize, and effectively achieve deadlines with little supervision.
  • Effectively partner and communicate with JJHCS counterparts (Contract Administration, Offer Development, and U.S. Operations and Operating Companies).
  • Use multiple systems (ICS, CORE, MDM, HPE, etc.) to successfully manage workload on a timely basis.\r\r
