The following information provides an overview of the skills,

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance & Reliability Leader with
a deep background in high-horsepower rotating equipment, power
systems, and industrial process operations.
This isn't just a maintenance role - it's about leading strategy,
building teams, and driving performance in a complex, high-energy
manufacturing environment.
The Company:
An industry leader in large-scale process manufacturing - operating
critical assets like power boilers, turbines, chillers, pumps, and

What You'll Own:
- Full responsibility for plant maintenance - mechanical,
electrical, and utilities.
- Lead a skilled team of techs, planners, and reliability
specialists.
- Manage powerhouse operations - boilers, turbines, generators, and
support systems.
- Develop & execute maintenance strategies for maximum equipment
uptime & safety.
- Champion reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, and
root cause analysis.
- Lead capital improvement and modernization projects.
- Build partnerships across production, engineering, and leadership
teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Maintenance or Reliability leadership experience in heavy
industrial environments - paper, power, chemicals, refining, or
steel preferred.
- Deep knowledge of power generation equipment: industrial boilers,
turbines, pumps, motors, MCCs, VFDs, switchgear, etc.
- Strong background in rotating equipment maintenance & reliability
practices.
- Proven leadership skills - ability to develop people & drive
accountability.
- Experience managing budgets, contractors, and capital
projects.
- Safety-first mindset - driven by operational discipline.
Bonus Points For:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration,
thermal, oil analysis).
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or
similar credential.
