Position Summary What you'll do Signing Bonus: You will receive a signing bonus in the amount of $2,500.00, less applicable deductions to be paid in two (2) installments. Payment schedule is as follows: $1,000.00 will be paid to you after 90 days of continuous employment. $1,500.00 will be paid to you after 6 months of continuous employment If your commitment to Sam's Club changes for any reason; if you voluntarily terminate your employment, or if Walmart / Sam's Club terminates your employment for a cause prior to your one (1) year of employment anniversary, you will be responsible for the full repayment of the sign-on bonus. The sign-on bonus is taxable income and will be reduced for required withholding taxes. The hourly wage range for this position is $38.50 - $50.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
