This role is pivotal in enhancing Lundbeck's commitment to improving the quality of life for patients by promoting innovative treatments and leading pharmaceutical solutions. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and expanding the relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, ensuring the effective promotion and uptake of our psychiatry products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets Provide detailed product information and clinical data to healthcare professionals Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and other events Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management Proven sales and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand and convey complex scientific information Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Pharmaceutical Sales Certification (e.g., CNPR) preferred
