Job Description Job Description Description: About Guideline.ai
At Guideline.ai, we're defining the future of advertising. By
harnessing data transparency and advanced tools, we empower
marketers to make smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions.
We work with the world's top brands, agencies, and media owners to
transform media buying and selling into a more intelligent,
efficient experience. If you're ready to be part of a high-growth
company at the cutting edge of data, AI, and media, we'd love to
meet you. About the Role As a New Business Sales Executive at
Guideline, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth
across the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) in both media
planning and data solutions sectors. You will be responsible for
identifying, sourcing, and closing prospects who are an excellent
fit for our solutions. With strong consultative selling skills, you
will engage with inbound leads while also proactively generating
new leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Collaboration with
internal teams across marketing, technology, and sales development
is key to achieving team goals and contributing to our
mission-driven approach. Your ability to position the value of our
software and data solutions will be essential in helping clients
achieve business growth. What Success Looks Like This is a
quota-carrying role with quarterly commit targets and monthly
performance reviews. You'll be measured on: New logo acquisition:
Number of net-new clients closed per quarter across GCC markets
Pipeline generation: Self-sourced meetings, demos, proposals
(in-person and virtual) Quota attainment: Quarterly revenue targets
(base accelerators for over performance) Activity metrics: Daily
outbound calls, meetings booked, MEDDIC-qualified opportunities
Regional travel: Regular visits to KSA, Qatar, and other GCC
markets to build relationships and close deals If you thrive in a
high-accountability, fast-paced sales culture where weekly commit
calls and monthly forecasting are non-negotiable, you'll excel
here. If you prefer slower-moving, relationship-heavy sales cycles,
this isn't the role. Key Responsibilities Position Value:
Articulate the value of both our media planning and data solutions
to regional agencies, multinational advertisers, and GCC-based
media owners (UAE, KSA, Qatar markets). Guide Prospects: Educate
and guide prospects through the buyer's journey, demonstrating how
our solutions can fuel their business growth. Identify
Opportunities: Identify and prospect into accounts that may or may
not have prior experience with our offerings across GCC markets.
Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced
leads, nurturing relationships and engaging potential buyers across
UAE, KSA, and Qatar. Qualify Prospects: Analyze and qualify
prospects' business goals to determine the strategic fit of our
solutions for their growth. Achieve Quotas: Close new customer
deals, meeting or exceeding quarterly quota targets. Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, technology, and insights teams to
execute the sales strategy, adapting to product enhancements and
regional market needs. Regional Engagement: Attend industry events,
client meetings, and networking opportunities across GCC markets
(GITEX, ArabNet, etc.). Innovation: Bring unique perspectives,
strategies, and ideas to contribute to our company's culture and
future vision. Mentorship: Mentor sales development representatives
to collectively develop pipeline opportunities. Compensation &
Benefits We offer generous compensation packages designed to
attract A-players, with competitive base and variable structures
based on experience, education, and skill level. Full-time
employees also receive a comprehensive benefit package. Some
benefits may include: Health Insurance Annual Leave Performance OTE

discussed during screening. Diversity & Inclusion At Guideline.ai,
we believe diverse teams build better products and stronger
companies. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and
encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences,
and perspectives. Final Word: You Have to Love Sales This role is
for people who love sales—who thrive on prospecting, cold outreach,
and opening new doors across GCC markets. If the idea of winning
new business, chasing new logos across Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha, and
owning your success fires you up, this is the opportunity for you.
You'll be surrounded by ambitious, high-energy teammates and
leaders who are here to help you grow and succeed. Requirements: We
are seeking individuals who have: Sales Experience: Extensive
relevant full-cycle sales experience in GCC or Middle East markets.
Drive for Success: A strong desire and commitment to go the extra
mile to achieve sales success. Effective Communication: Ability to
communicate and collaborate with internal teams while working
autonomously across multiple time zones. Positive Outlook: A growth
mindset and the ability to take ownership of both successes and
failures. Consultative Selling Skills: Expertise in consultative
selling and closing deals in B2B enterprise environments.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with
proficiency in executing a repeatable sales process. Proven Track
Record: Demonstrated top producer performance in their current
role. Goal-Oriented: A sharp focus on goals and the belief that
daily, weekly, and monthly activities will contribute to their
achievement. Minimum Qualifications 5-7 years of customer
management and sales experience in the GCC or Middle East markets
(UAE, KSA, Qatar). Proficiency in prospecting and closing net new
business. Strong hunter mentality with expertise in multiple
outbound methods to attract new business. Experience with media
planning platforms, ad tech, or SaaS preferred. Regional Market

Middle East), and regional business culture. Language Skills:
