Job Description Full-Time/ Part-Time Advanced Practice Nurse for
Orthopedic/Neurologic/Pain Management Multi-specialty Medical
Group. Job Summary: Since 1954, as well-established, physician-led
multidisciplinary practice, we have been providing ethical and
caring treatment to the injured of New Jersey. Sall Myers Medical
Associates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice
Nurse to join our team for either New Brunswick, Irvington, or
Union locations. We specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and
management of patients with Orthopedic and Neurological Injuries.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician with a strong
understanding of the documentation and case management required for
medico-legal cases and NJ PIP. You will work in a collaborative
environment alongside our medical staff to provide exceptional
patient care and achieve optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive physical examinations, including orthopedic
and neurological tests, on patients involved in personal injury and
workers' compensation accidents. Develop, implement, and manage
evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific
injuries. Provide high-quality office based medical care including
trigger point and joint injections. Maintain meticulous, timely,
and accurate patient documentation to support medical necessity and
legal requirements. Collaborate with our Medical Director and other
healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient
care. Effectively communicate examination findings, treatment
plans, and patient progress to patients, attorneys, and insurance
carriers. Collect patient clinical information to prepare detailed
narrative reports. Qualifications and Skills: APN educational
background Current and unrestricted APN license to practice in New
Jersey Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
Verifiable experience and proficiency in treating personal injury
and workers' compensation cases is highly desirable. Strong
knowledge of PI/WC documentation, billing, and the medico-legal
process. Excellent diagnostic skills. Superior communication,
interpersonal, and time-management skills. What We Offer:
