(3 PM - 11 PM) Overview: The RN House Supervisor plays a crucial
role in managing patient care operations during evening shifts at
our facility. This part-time position is focused on ensuring smooth
workflows and compliance with policies across various departments.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating patient
placements, and serving as the leadership representative when
senior supervisors are unavailable. Candidates must possess a valid
RN license in Missouri, have prior hospital experience, and
demonstrate leadership abilities to foster a safe and supportive

Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily functions of
multiple patient care departments within the hospital. This
position guarantees efficient operations, adherence to established
policies, and the delivery of high-quality support services that
enhance patient care. Responsibilities also include staff
supervision, activity coordination, and addressing any issues that
may arise, all while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

across departments. You will collaborate with emergency, inpatient,

As the Administrative Supervisor , you will oversee staffing,
admissions, and represent leadership when others are off-site.
Qualifications We Seek: RN License in Missouri 3–5 years of
hospital experience Preferred leadership experience (Charge Nurse,
Clinical Lead, Supervisor) BLS & ACLS certifications required prior
