Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Therapist
(Fee-for-Service) to provide in-person mental health services
during evening hours. This role is ideal for a clinician looking
for part-time work with a structured schedule while gaining
valuable experience in a supportive environment. Pay Rate:
$35-$40/hour Schedule: Monday through Wednesday (5 PM-8 PM)
Population: Children and Adolescents - Ages 5 to 18, who present
with a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental

Responsibilities: A Child Therapist provides in-person individual,
group, and/or family therapy for clients ages 5–18. A Child
Therapist utilizes developmentally appropriate and evidence-based
interventions, such as play therapy, art therapy, and
cognitive-behavioral strategies, designed specifically for youth.
Child Therapists create a warm, engaging, and safe therapeutic
space tailored to children’s emotional needs. Child Therapists
collaborate with caregivers to offer psychoeducation, parenting
strategies, and support that reinforces therapeutic goals. Maintain
a consistent caseload with scheduled sessions between 5:00 PM –
8:00 PM , Monday through Wednesday . Conduct thorough
biopsychosocial assessments with input from parents/guardians,
schools, and other stakeholders as needed. Develop and implement
individualized, strength-based treatment plans. Complete timely and
accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies
and ethical standards. Participate in clinical team meetings and
collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and client
outcomes. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work,
Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Licensure or licensure
eligibility (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) Prior experience
working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting
Training or certification in child-focused approaches strongly
preferred (e.g., Registered Play Therapist (RPT), Child-Parent
Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused CBT) Availability to work in-person
during the specified evening hours Commitment to ethical,
