Job Description Job Description Bilingual (English/Spanish) social services position working with low-income families for the inclusive, federally funded Head Start program. Completes intake documents, supports enrollment, monitors attendance, supports family well-being and engagement in program, conducts home visits, connects families with community resources, and conducts monthly parent meetings. Assists in carrying out goals, policies and activities designated to implement the Head Start Program Performance Standards. Position serves approximately 10 ½ months (46 weeks) per year with a summer hiatus. Must be fluent bilingual communicator in English and Spanish. Degree in Sociology, Psychology, or related field; or credential in social work, family services, human services, counseling, or related field required within 18 months of hire; credentialling will be facilitated by Head Start.
